The hotel is amazing, it's very classy, clean and the location is great; the staff was nothing but friendly, helpful and polite. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish they had more platforms of streaming in ther TVs or the ability to cast from the phone to the TV; after a day exploring the city, my husband and I stayed at the hotel but we didin't had many options to watch and relax. Other than that, would recommend 100%
I had an amazing 4 nights stay. The room was equipped with pots, pans and other kitchen equipments. The staff are all welcoming and amazing. They have a pool and game shared with four points hotel. 2 rentable bike to go around the city.
The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. We had an issue with the room heater, and the staff promptly assisted us by changing our room right away. The room was equipped with a microwave and a fridge, which was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. It’s so close to Western Edmonton Mall, which is very convenient to shoppers. The only thing is the breakfast, it is soso, i wish they review the quality.
Such a great experience! The stay was quiet, the other guests were all considerate and the staff was phenomenal! The continental breakfast was FAR better than one would expect and the gym, hot tub and pool were terrific! Incredibly convenient with West Ed and restaurants within minutes away. We anticipate coming back!
Checked in Feb 9th. Front desk was kind they allowed me to bring in my cats, they recently changed the rule from all pets to only dogs but I didn't read it in advance, I've just stayed at this property previously and knew of the old rule but they made an exception. Breakfast was good and pool was very clean. Only disappointment is probably won't be back because of the new rule for no cats.
Very convenient location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was quite good as well as the complimentary underground parking. The rooms were clean but not as quiet as I like however the staff were able to fix problems with noisy hotel guests and we enjoyed our stay. I’d stay here again.
Staying here right now and I honestly love it. Rooms are updated and stylish, bed is comfortable. The shower pressure is amazing, never had I had rocket power shower pressure in a hotel. They also have filtered water in the rooms for water. The breakfast, happy hour and the bedtime teas are such a sweet addition to this stay. I’m in Edmonton a lot for work and have stayed in numerous hotels and this has been my favourite so far. My ONLY two complaints is the hot tub is out of service and I could have REALLY used it this week :( and my room backs onto the highway and it’s pretty loud.
One of the first hotel on your way into the city. Recommend by friends. Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff, solid breakfast, free parking and they have complimentary bicycles. I took a king on the first floor and it was great. Diesel bus started outside my room at 6am. A one off. The only other critique would be to confirm the price when you check in. What I was charged was not what they said on the phone. The room was worth it but it felt greasy. Be nice to the staff, they were great and hard working.
